Returns/Refunds Policy

 

Manufacturer Policies

Many manufacturers have gracious refund and return policies; please consult the return/refund policy on the item you purchased from Just Fur Pets before returning it to us.  Lupine brand collars, leashes and harnesses may be returned for exchange as stated on the manufacturer’s website.

For Items Without Manufacturer Return Policy or Instructions

Items returned unopened and undamaged within seven days of purchase, and with the purchase receipt, will be issued a refund to the same transaction type as the purchase.  (Cash, credit, debit, check).  Items returned after seven days will be issued a store credit.  Items that have been used (such as, but not limited to, collars, brushes, compression shirts, crates, etc.),  or items within 45 days of “best by” date will not be refunded.

Opened items will be subject to inspection and will be refunded based on the condition of the product.

Refunds on Services

Refunds on deposits paid for boarding services will be issued within 24 hours of our receipt of your cancellation.  During holiday and summer boarding seasons, refunds will be issued only for customer cancellations made more than two weeks before check-in date.  Events and reservations cancelled by Just Fur Pets will be refunded within 24 hours of cancellation.

Refunds for services rendered will be at the discretion of the owner.
